When we resist what is happening inside, our body knows that something is there, and that we’re pushing it away. It still tugs at us.

The great gift is that when we bring gentle awareness to what’s happening in the body, we make the unconscious conscious. 

This is the essence of what I do: I provide a deeply kind environment, which makes it safe to feel and discover.
